Hyperclay Refund Policy

Effective Date: March 19, 2026

1. 30-Day Satisfaction Guarantee

  • If you don't realize the value of the service within the first 30 days of your initial subscription, we'll give you a full refund — no questions asked.
  • This applies to both the Personal plan ($6/month or $48/year) and the Maker plan ($15/month or $120/year).

2. How to Request a Refund

  • Email david@hyperclay.com with the email address associated with your account.
  • We aim to respond to all refund requests within 24 hours.

3. Subscription Cancellation

  • You can cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings.
  • When you cancel, you'll retain access to paid features until the end of your current billing period. No further charges will be made.
  • If your account is inactive for 6 months, we'll automatically cancel your subscription so you're never paying for something you're not using.

4. Annual Plans

  • Annual subscriptions are eligible for a full refund within the first 30 days.
  • After 30 days, annual plans are non-refundable but you can cancel to prevent renewal.

5. Refund Processing

  • Approved refunds are processed back to your original payment method via Stripe.
  • Refunds typically appear on your statement within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank.

6. Your Content After Cancellation

  • Your apps and content remain accessible after cancellation, subject to free-tier limits.
  • You can export or download your data at any time.
