If you don't realize the value of the service within the first 30 days of your initial subscription, we'll give you a full refund — no questions asked.
This applies to both the Personal plan ($6/month or $48/year) and the Maker plan ($15/month or $120/year).
2. How to Request a Refund
Email david@hyperclay.com with the email address associated with your account.
We aim to respond to all refund requests within 24 hours.
3. Subscription Cancellation
You can cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings.
When you cancel, you'll retain access to paid features until the end of your current billing period. No further charges will be made.
If your account is inactive for 6 months, we'll automatically cancel your subscription so you're never paying for something you're not using.
4. Annual Plans
Annual subscriptions are eligible for a full refund within the first 30 days.
After 30 days, annual plans are non-refundable but you can cancel to prevent renewal.
5. Refund Processing
Approved refunds are processed back to your original payment method via Stripe.
Refunds typically appear on your statement within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank.
6. Your Content After Cancellation
Your apps and content remain accessible after cancellation, subject to free-tier limits.
You can export or download your data at any time.
