Landing page HTML template you edit by clicking
In your own copy of this page, click the headline and type your product's name. Press Enter, then reload. The new name is still there.
This is a one-page site for a product or a project. It runs on Hyperclay, a host I built for web pages that save their own changes. You publish it at your own hyperclay.com address, or on your own domain.
A fresh copy starts with placeholders in brackets, such as [Your Company Name], so you can see what goes where. The live example is view only. Your own copy is the one you edit.
The signup forms email you each address, and they don't send newsletters. Hyperclay has no free plan. Plans start at $6 a month, with a full refund in the first 30 days.
What you can do in it
The page comes with these sections, ready to fill in: features, a how-it-works section, testimonials, pricing, an FAQ, a newsletter signup and a form that offers a free PDF.
- Click a headline, a paragraph or a button label to edit it as Markdown. Press Enter when you're done.
- Click an image to replace it with one from your computer.
- Click one of the feature icons to pick a new one. There are 324, with a search box.
- Undo and redo up to 18 changes since you opened the page.
- Switch editing off to see the page the way visitors see it, apart from your toolbar.
- When someone fills in a signup form, each address they enter is emailed to you.
It saves into the page
A moment after you stop typing, the page saves the new headline into its own HTML. Open Hyperclay's code editor, and the new headline is in the source. There's no save button to press: the page saves after each change.
Change the HTML
The page is one HTML file, and you can change any of it.
Say you have nothing to sell yet. Open the page in Hyperclay's code editor and delete the pricing section. Or use Hyperclay Local, the desktop app, which syncs your documents to a folder on your computer. Then ask Claude Code to delete the section from the file there. The change syncs back to your workspace on Hyperclay. You can also download the document as a .html file whenever you like.
Where it stops
- The forms don't run a mailing list. If you send a newsletter, you still need a service that sends it. The PDF form emails you each address too, and you send the PDF yourself.
- Clicking a button edits only its label. To change where the button goes, edit its link in Hyperclay's code editor.
- An image you replace is stored inside the file, and a page over 5 MB won't save. A photo grows by about a third inside the file, so keep photos under about 3 MB in total.
- A downloaded .html copy loses its styles, because they load from hyperclay.com.
- It's one page. For a log of dated posts, use the Devlog template.
Price
Personal is $6 a month and Maker is $15 a month. Either one comes with a full refund in the first 30 days. The pricing page compares them.
If you're signed in, Make your own copy asks for a name and puts the copy in your workspace. If you're new, you choose a plan first, then it asks for a name.
If you publish a page with it, send me the link at david@hyperclay.com. I'd like to see what you made.
